Recommended Cargo Bag for Bare Roof on 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:

i only have a standard jeep grand cherokee no extras on the roof. is there any way i can strap this down maybe just with bungees ?

I do have a great option for you, however the CargoSmart Soft-Sided Car Top Carrier # CS94FR is really only designed to be used inside of a roof cargo basket like the Yakima # Y07070. Its integrated straps aren't long enough for alternate mounting and I don't recommend using bungees for this as they're going to allow for too much movement and may not be strong enough during travel.

A better option for your Jeep's bare roof is with the Rightline Gear Sport 2 # RL100S20, which features a slightly larger 15 cubic feet storage capacity and long, durable straps that can mount to a bare roof using the integrated rubber-coated car clips that will attach to the door frames.
