Starting at 3:55 of the included video, the minimum dimensions for mounting the Furrion Standard RV Microwave # FMSN09BLare provided as 20-1/4 wide, 13-7/8 and 14-5/8. The only issue it seems is the height so if you're at all able to make room within your cabinet, this could work. If you have trim space you would also like to fill after installation, the Trim Kit for Furrion Standard Microwave # FMSM09BLTK is an option as well.
Included is the overview video and information on the trim kit.
