can I haul a 250 size dirt bike while pulling a 12ft aluma trailer 700lbs with my 2014 ford excape se.

I found that the maximum loaded trailer weight of your 2014 Ford Escape is 1,500-3,500 lbs for example, depending on the engine and drive ratio.
A solution like the # D210 does have a 7,500-lb towing capacity and a 750-lb tongue weight capacity and could be paired to carry the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98873 but you are always limited by your lowest rated component which could be the vehicle and hitch themselves.
I would confirm which Escape you're towing with from the below table from Ford's Trailer Towing Selector catalog and then add your total weight of carriers, bikes, and any gear you plan to carry in your trailer to confirm you're not outside of capacity.
