The Thule CG9 tire chains, # TH2004205104, that you referenced are listed as a fit for a 245/45-18 tire. As with any vehicle, make sure you consult the owners manual for recommendations on the use of tire chains. I have also included some helpful links on tire chains for you to view.
I have also included a link that will allow you to enter your tire size to bring up all the chains that will fit. When you open the link, you can start entering the size on the right side of the page.
