How do I get the blind bolt inside the frame?

Expert Reply:
You'd use a fishwire like # C58400 to fish the wire through. Thread the 1/2 inch bolt onto the coiled end of the wire, then slip the square block washer onto the wire. Thread the other end of the wire in through the end of the frame member, and out the hole in the bottom of the frame member about 3 inches back. Then, gently pull the wire so that the carriage bolt pulls through the frame member and out the hole. You might need to jiggle it a bit to get the square portion of the carriage bolt under the head to sit flush into the block washer. I'll link you to a video showing how a fish wire is used.
