Is it possible to buy only the powered converter box for Curt 56331 kit and join it with my prior Curt 56331 kit?

The converter boxes on the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harnesses like part # C56331 are not available separately as replacement parts. I do not recommend this but you could purchase another harness and then just cut and splice the new converter box in place so you don't have to remove the tail lights. In order to do this you would need butt connectors, part # DW05744-5 and part # DW05745-5.

That said, if you have a faulty trailer wiring harness that is outside of the warranty period, I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56331 which is a fit for a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan as a replacement. I highly recommend using a self-tapping screw to mount the converter box instead of the doubled sided tape.
