The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Subaru WRX STI is the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7257. The EcoHitch Invisi is a direct bolt-on fit with no drilling required and retains a hidden design as it is hidden behind the rear bumper fascia/knock-out panel. Therefore, you also won't have any reduced ground clearance.
