Question:
As you can see in the picture a 3/8 steel pipe connects to the two reg.I can add a 3/8 T to the center of the 7inch 3/8 steel pipe that connect the two regulators. So I would have a 3/8 female opening to attach a connector for a add on 20 pound tank. Do you have a solution on how to make this work?

What you need is a T-Fitting and auxiliary hose like what comes in the Kit # 103538-MBS, but your propane setup is a bit different than a normal RV so you'll need to get creative in how you're able to connect the T-Fitting. One end is a male POL connection, which will connect to your valve, while the other end has a female POL fitting. Then you have the 2 quick-disconnects and a hose that allows you to connect your 20 lb auxiliary tank.
You can definitely use the T-Fitting # 103602-MBS that you initially referenced if you already have a fill hose with a 1/4" male inverted flare end like part # 100019-60. The beauty of the quick-disconnect system I referenced is that the hose is easier to connect plus both of the outlets for the quick-connects have shut-off valves so you don't have to worry about any potential gas leaks when you don't have your 20 lb tank connected.
Attached is a review video as well as a photo sent in by a customer who installed this in their propane setup for you to check out.
