There are two trailer hitch options available for a 2018 Ford EcoSport, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12188 and the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 36660 which both have a 1-1/4" receiver tube openings. Therefore, they do not offer a trailer hitch for a 2018 Ford EcoSport with 2" receiver tube opening. However, you can obtain a 2" receiver tube opening with an adapter like the Hitch Expander Adapter part # 80303 but keep in mind these reduce your tongue weight capacity by 50%.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13900 is not a fit for a 2018 Ford EcoSport.
