Can I Use Tire Chains That Fit 275/55-20 Tire on A 275/60-20 Tire

Question:
I have a set of chains for tire size 275 55r 20. The tires on my 2019 Dodge ram 1500 are 275 60r 20. Will my chains work?

There are some brand tire chains that have an overlap in fits of different tire sizes. However, I would need to know which chains you have to determine a fit. For example the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern part # TC2533 fit both the 275/55-20 and 275/60-20 tire sizes. It is possible your set of chains is the same.
