In order to install the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3270 or part # BWRVK3255 on a 2008 Ford F-250 you can use any installation kit for above bed industry standard base rails. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit part # RP50082-58 or the B&W Custom Installation Kit part # BWRVK2400 for example will work just fine.
If you don't already have an in-bed wiring harness, the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness part # C56000 will be a good option.
