I have some information for you on how to install the Thule TracRac Contractor Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH14750, but unfortunately we do not have any instructional videos available at this time.

I can tell you that it does require some drilling to install- You'll need to drill into the truck bed rails, as well as one hole for each stand into the bed of the truck. If you have a bedliner on your 2013 Ford F-150, you will have to trim back the bedliner in order to install this ladder rack.

The downside of these racks is because of the drilling, they're not easily removable. However, the huge benefit of this rack is the side mounting design that leaves your truck bed open more than a rack that extends the length of the bed would. This is a great solution for someone who still wants to be able to get up into their truck bed to access a tool box or other items without the added cost you'll pay for the convenience of a sliding rack.
