I checked with Kat's and the correct engine block heater for your 2007 Kia Spectra5 is the part # KH11402. This is a frost plug style heater that will simply replace the factory frost plug at the front left side of your engine block (when looking at it from the front of the vehicle with the hood up) and submerge into the coolant.
