Troubleshooting Running Light Circuit Not Active When Hazards are On

Question:
I have 2002 good expedition 5.4 4 wheel drive The trailer hookup for lights etc. Everything is working except one running light if hazards are on the one running light that works stays red and the one that didnt f ericalashes like it should

Sounds like your trailer doesn't have a sufficient enough of a ground circuit to allow the functions to all work like they should. Try improving the main ground circuit of the trailer if you can and that should fix the issue. Make sure the wire is connected solidly to a clean metal surface. You can also try running ground wires for all of the lights back to the main ground and that should help as well.
