I have attached a link to the installation instructions for the Curt Class I Trailer Hitch, # 11510, for your 2012 Infiniti EX35 on this answer page for you to check out.
The installation process for this hitch does not require any welding or drilling, but you will have to lower the exhaust to install the hitch. This hitch comes with all of the installation hardware and it will bolt into pre-existing holes in your vehicles frame.
Curt estimates that it will take the average person 2 hours to install the hitch and about 1 hour for a professional. Most local auto shops will perform the installation for a nominal fee if you determine there is too much involved to perform the installation alone.
I have attached a video for you to check out showing our installation technician lowering the exhaust on a vehicle.
