Question:
I have a SportRack Explorer Cargo Box. Unfortunately I lost both keys. Just wondering if this SR03807 works with my cargo carrier? if yes, do you have instructions? I need instructions to open the carrier since the carrier is currently locked. thanks

The SportRack replacement Locks you referenced, part # SR03807 are compatible with the SportRack Explorer Cargo Box.
Without having the keys, the only way to open the box without damaging anything would be to have a locksmith pick it for you.
Once the box is opened, the locks can easily be removed by removing the retaining nut from the barrel on the rear of the lock. The retaining nut would be slipped over the locking cam, which would then allow the lock to be pulled out of its mounting hole in the cargo box. Installation of the replacement lock would involve slipping the lock into place and screwing the retaining nut onto the lock barrel until it is snug.
