Question:
It was my understanding that the under bed supports was what would be used with all. It has 4 pins that attach to the under bed rails. I was told that the rails that attach to those pins that are unique to my hitch. I will have to do more research. If what you are staying is true, I cannot mount any other hitch to my truck without additional holes. How to companies attach to RAM, Ford or Chevy trucks that have the 5th wheel prep from the factory? I will loose respect for PullRite if I find that I am stuck using only their products.

I do have a Demco Hijacker that can fit in place of your Pullrite 4100 hitch that was designed for the Pullrite underbed rails but you'll have to use their adapter 4409 to convert your rail kit to industry standard rails so that you can then use the Hijacker for above bed rails # DM8550034 instead and you'd be set.
We don't carry Pullrite so we can't get the adapter but the 4409 is what you'd need with the # DM8550034.
