Yes, the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98908 is confirmed to fit your 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SV. There isn't a fit exclusion for the SV trim on your Pathfinder so it's going to work perfectly.

This custom Class III hitch will line up to existing holes in the vehicle's frame rails for a simple bolt-on (no-drill) installation and it features a sleek hidden design that allows only the 2" receiver to be visible from the rear. I really like this style, especially on newer vehicles like yours, because it creates a from-the-factory appearance of the hitch.

The hitch itself has a 6,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 900 pound tongue weight limit. All the necessary hardware will be included.

If you plan on towing a trailer and you don't yet have a wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118670 for a 4-Way connector or the Tekonsha # 118273 for a 7-Way.
