I have a solution for you, but we do not have complete kits for RV showers; although I can help you piece together a kit. You can use the Better Bath RV Shower Pan- Center Drain # LC298087 which fits in a corner and will allow you to create a corner shower in a space that doesn't already have a shower. This does not come with a drain installed already so you'll need to add one like the LaSalle Bristol RV Shower Drain # 34465CAR227G.
For a shower head and valves you can use the Phoenix Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Shower Head Assembly - Dual Knob Handle # PF213344. For a shower curtain rod that works well with corner and square shaped shower enclosures you can use the Stromberg Carlson # EXT-3542S which is an extended and foldable curtain rod that offers an instant fix for those tiny, infuriating shower spaces, and the satin powder coated steel construction resists rust.
You'll want to add a plastic or fiberglass enclosure to keep the water off the walls, which must be sourced from a local home improvement or kitchen/bath store.
