Will JR Product LP Gas Regulator # 37207-31525 Work on 2005 Forest River Silver Back

Question:

I Have a 2005 Forest River Silver Back 5th wheel. It has 2 30# LP tanks, Will the regulator work. I dont under stand the difference in the pressure and BTU that the this regulator provides and why.

The JR Products Compact Low Pressure 2-Stage Automatic Changeover # 37207-31525 that you referenced is exactly what you need as a regulator for your RV that has two tanks. This regulator uses the standard 11 inch water column pressure rating that your RV has and has ability to automatically change between your two tanks so that you don't have to worry about that. There's no need to consider the BTU rating of this as that's not how these are rated typically. It all comes down to the water column rating.
