Will this fit in the Ford F250/350 factory hitch without having to redrill the hole?

Yes, I reached out to my contact at B&W who confirmed that the 3" to 2-1/2" B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve # BWRHXA2183 is compatible with the Ford OEM trailer hitch receivers. He said they tested it in-house to verify this.
