Question:
Which hitch pin is right if use Kuat 2 hitch adapter on Sherpa 2.0? I have a kuat with 1-1/4 end, but use 2 inch kuat attached adapter so fits my 2 inch hitch. So, will this pin fit? How is this pin H101-004 different from another you have HL2, both specs say 1/2 inch pin diameter? Whats difference between these 2 items?

Expert Reply:
The correct hitch lock for your Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" Hitches # SH12G (Gray), # SH12P (Pearl), or # SH12B (Black) using the Kuat Bike Rack Shank Adapter - 1-1/4" to 2" # D101 is the Hitch Lock for Kuat Bike Racks - 2" Hitches # HL2.
The only difference between this part and the one you referenced is that H101-004 has a specific code, 004. The reason for this is simply a change in part numbers, and a specific code will not be able to be ordered.
