what is the cut outs needed for the EcoHitch hitches for my 2019 Volkswagen Golf R? I am trying to determine which would require less cutting.

For your 2019 Volkswagen Golf R we have 2 hitches from EcoHitch and one from Stealth. The cutout of the Stealth # SH89ZR is minimal while for the EcoHitch # 306-X7333 is 3-1/4" x 3" and # 306-X7332 it is 4-1/4" x 3".
I would recommend the # 306-X7332 because it has the 2" opening.
