It is normal for a round axle to have somewhat of a bow pointing up in the center such as the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with EZ-Lube Spindles part # T3584F-EZ-8974 so that it can flatten out under a load. However if you trailer axle is bent somewhere else, bent down or bent up more than the accompanying photo then you will need to replace it to avoid uneven tire and suspension wear. There is not really a way to adjust it.
To replace the axle you would need to measure from hub face to hub face and then from spring center to spring center to get the correct replacement axle. You will also need to know the axle capacity of your existing axle. I have attached a diagram for your reference. For example the Dexter Trailer Axle I mentioned earlier part # T3584F-EZ-8974 measures 89" hub face to hub face and 74" spring center to spring center.
