Question:
Im looking for a power solenoid to use to control DC power in my RV. This relay has more power connectors than you would normally use. Can you tell me how it is connected inside? Specifically what I need is a relay that is Normally Closed that opens when the coil is energized. Thanks,

The Bulldog Winch OE Replacement # BDW20088 is wired so that two separate outputs can be run from a vehicle battery, but this is a continuous duty solenoid, so it's not going to operate in the manner that you're hoping.
With that being said, I think you might be looking for a transfer switch like the Go Power Automatic Transfer Switch - Plastic Case - 30 Amp - 120V # 34264403 which will allow you to alternate between 2 separate 120V AC inputs to feed your RV's breaker panel. This switch automatically switches from inverter to shore power when available- or in your case a 12v battery and protects your electrical system from AC power backfeed.
If you're not looking for a transfer switch, your best bet for a solenoid would be something like the Battery Isolation Solenoid # PK5231201. This battery isolator solenoid would allow you to switch your RV's use of battery power on and off as needed.
I've attached a picture that shows the wiring scheme on the PK5231201 as well as a helpful video on the GoPower transfer switch.
