Will Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack Fit Maxx-D DTX 16k Dump Trailer

I have a Maxx-D DTX 16k dump trailer and I want to replace the jack with something a little better. I was looking at this hydraulic jack and wanted to know if you think it would work for my application.

Hi John; the Self-Contained Hydraulic Jack # e33VV would be a great option for your Maxx-D DTX 16k dump trailer. Check out the picture below where another customer installed this on their trailer. It can be bolted or welded on and has a 12,000 lb capacity which can definitely handle your trailer.
This will be a lot easier to use when compared to the hand crank square jack that comes with those trailers. Take a look at the picture below and you will see where another customer installed this on their Maxx-D trailer which I'm sure has a similar design.

Hey John, how did the hydraulic jack work out on your Maxx-D dump trailer? It sounds like it should have made raising and lowering the trailer much easier. Your update could make it easier for the next person upgrading their jack.
