Based on the number you mentioned I do have a solution for you, but the gearbox and motor of what you have/need are not sold separately so you'd have to go with the Replacement 18:1 Tuson Motor for Lippert Through-Frame Slide-outs part # LC125802 that you referenced to replace both.
