Can Andersen Ranch Hitch Install without Welding

Question:
I have no access to a welder within about a 100 miles and there is no way of getting the bolts on, Do you think its safe to travel the 100 miles to a welder?

There are two recommended ways to install the Andersen Ranch Hitch part # AM3100 that you referenced and since you don't have access to a welder easily your best option will be to attach the adapter to the pin box using the included Grade 8 bolts.
