I did some checking and your 2009 Toyota Camry is towable with a tow dolly like the Roadmaster part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced. The dolly I recommend though is the Demco Kar Kaddy part # DM9713045 as it comes with a self-contained disc brake system ready to use. The Roadmaster requires wiring a 7-way to it if you want to use it's brakes and also requires a brake controller to be installed as well. Demco is widely considered to be one of the best tow dolly manufacturers based on how well they are made and how durable they are.

All you'd need is the Demco tow dolly and you'd be ready to tow your Camry anywhere you need to. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
