Question:
Is there a way to know how I should figure out exactly what height setting I should use for the Hijacker autoslide for my 2019 Ram 2500? I know the hitch has three height settings but how do I know which one? Also which rail system is the right one for my truck?

The first thing to know is that you'll need to have at least 5 inches to 6 inches of clearance between the top of your bed rails and the bottom of the trailer loft. You'll want to measure from the ground to the top of the bed rails on your 2019 Ram 2500 and then from the ground to the bottom of your trailer loft and the difference will be your clearance.
Your Demco Hijacker 5th Wheel Hitch # DM8550034 (18,000 lbs) or # DM8550035 (21,000 lbs) have height settings of 15-1/4 inches, 16-1/2 inches, and 18 inches so you will just need to set its height at the level that gives you the appropriate amount of clearance and allows your trailer to be towed level.
The installation kit I strongly recommend for your 2019 Ram 2500 is the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552025-71 because it does not require any drilling into your Ram's frame rails to install. This is not only great for your truck but also means the installation is going to be simpler and take much less time than a universal kit. Using this kit will benefit you whether you are doing the install yourself (saving hours) or having a professional do it (less install time equals less expensive labor costs).
I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
