Trying to find out if I need a battery disconect for 2019 fusion hybrid when towing behind my diesel motorhome using a airforce one brakeing system.

I took a look at your owner's manual for the 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid and it does not mention the need to disconnect the battery while flat towing so a battery disconnect is not necessary when using the Air Force One Braking System part # SM99243. A battery disconnect like part # RM-766 is not needed unless the owner's manual of your vehicle specifically states to disconnect the battery while flat towed to avoid the battery draining.
The owners manual for the 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid does state you want to make sure the Ford Fusion is in "stay in neutral mode". I recommend to take a look at your specific owner's manual to confirm this as well.
If you tow your vehicle with all four wheels on the ground:
• Tow only in the forward direction.
• Release the parking brake.
• Place the vehicle in Stay in Neutral
mode.
• Do not exceed 70 mph (113 km/h).
