Question:
Should I be lubing the key cylinders on my door locks? If so, with what and how often? Thanks.

You can certainly lubricate lock cylinders like what's used on the Global Link Baggage Door Slam Latch # 295-000015 you were looking at, but it's not really a required item that you need to put on your regular maintenance schedule. If at a certain point you feel like it's starting to getting harder to turn the key and engage the lock, this represents a good time to spray some air inside the cylinder to clean dust/debris out and use some WD-40 to lubricate the mechanism.
I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
