Replacement for Quest Marine Speaker QM-650

Question:

I measure my speaker and it looks like it is about 6-7/8 across. The listing said it is 6-3/4 .If it is a Marine QM-650 will it be a exact replacement?

The Quest Marine Speaker # 292-100161 is also known as the QM-650 so if that's what you have then this is an exact replacement for you!

I’m looking to replace the same speaker QM-650 Do you have anything that would replace it as you say exact fit?

@Mike There isn't an exact replacement for it, but we do have the Jensen Marine Speakers # MS6007WR which have the same mounting bolt hole pattern as the QM-650 you have.

That’s helpful are the technical specs the same? I have no idea what they are on these speakers (QM-650) Like ohms and watts? If that’s the same and the only difference is the cover then they would work. I’m still hoping to find the exact one like I have before so the grills would all match.

@Mike QM-650 is rated for 4 ohms and a max of 50 watts while the Jensen Marine Speakers # MS6007WR have the 4 ohms rating and a max of 75 watts, so they look to be really similar in those regards.
