Question:
I have a 2020 Ford F-150 and tongue weight that can be about 1,500 lbs when I'm towing. What sort of suspension enhancement do you recommend for me?

For the 1,500 lb tongue weight on your 2020 Ford F-150 I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-117-47 if your F-150 is a 4-wheel drive or # SSR-116-47 if your F-150 is a 2-wheel drive because they reduce sway while keeping your truck level to give you a smoother, more controlled ride. The SumoSprings are made of a microcellular urethane which compress independently based on the amount of weight being transferred, which is why they greatly reduce the amount of sway and body roll you will experience as well as help keep your F-150's back end level.
Another benefit to the SumoSprings is that they will not require any maintenance, allowing you to just get in your truck and go, as opposed to the regular checking and re-checking you have to do with air springs. The SumoSprings are very easy to install, requiring no drilling. All you need to do - as shown in the linked instruction manual - is remove your factory jounce bumper, bolt the frame bracket to your truck's frame using existing bolts, and thread the spring onto the bracket's stud.
I have added a link to a video review of the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-117-47 and # SSR-116-47 as well as a link to an install video of these springs on a Ford F-150 for you to check out.
