Question:
Im looking for a set of ramps to assist in loading my heavy duty mower up the current ramp. These ramps have raised edges on either side. I believe my rear tires are wider than whats shown. Will these ramps be useless for loading maybe due to tire slip?

I have a solution for you and you might be able to make the Car Hauler ramps you were looking at work without worry about slippage, but I think we can offer something better.
From what I've seen, even if you've got molded wheels on your mower they likely have some sort of rubber treading to provide traction on a variety of surfaces. Because of this, you should be able to use the Car Hauler Ramp Set # 288-07501 without worrying about slippage- but we also have to worry about the width of your tires. For that reason, I recommend looking at the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramps # 325-GH-R72 . This is a 72" long ramp set that are 14" wide (without any side lips- so you'll be able to use slightly wider tires on them). Adding the longer length and additional width will help accommodate your larger tires while also providing a less steep angle to get your mower up; pairing this with the raised bump and slot design (compared to the ramps with only slots) is going to give you maximum traction and will provide you with a great way to get your mower into your trailer.
