Can you please tell me the bolt circle diameter the bolt spread, or largest distance between opposite bolts in the bolt circle of the top face of this adapter?

In regards to the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter part # AM3100, the bolt circuit diameter is about 8-5/8" on center whereas the overall diameter of the plate is about 9-3/4". I will say that most pin boxes are 12-12-1/2" wide so you should not have to worry about there not being enough space on the skid plate of your pin box.
