We have just what you need with the # 21-0001 Replacement Step Pad for Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars.
As you can see in the attached photo, it measures 24 inches long and uses 5 clips, which are sold separately as part # 60-0244.
To replace all 4 pads on your 2010 Toyota Tundra, you'll need to order a total of 20 clips along with the four replacement pads.
