Troubleshooting LED Light Bar Install on 2012 Ford F-150 Where Only Running Lights Work

Question:
I have a 2012 ford f150 I have bought a led light bar ford it. when I hook it up the only light I got was the park light and nothing else

It could be a few things but first you should check to make sure the stop/turn circuits of your trailer connector are clean and free of corrosion as that's normally what prevents trailer wiring circuits from functioning. Next take a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and test the pins of trailer connector on the truck like in the video I attached to make sure there is voltage on all of the correct pins. It could also be the light bar itself so you can run a jumper wire from the positive post of your vehicle battery to each of the pins to see if the circuits are active when voltage is present.
