The VIN for your Gulf Stream Seahawk 5th Wheel Trailer could be located in a number of possible areas, but the most common would be up towards the coupler on the outside (or possibly inside) of the frame. It's typically on the same sticker/plate that lists the trailer's general specs like weight capacity, axle rating, etc.
If you don't see anything here your best route is just to inspect the frame front to back on the trailer, outside and inside. Also look under the trailer to see if there's possibly an ID tag on the axle.
If you can't find a VIN anywhere, and you don't have anything in your original paperwork, you can contact your local Highway Patrol or DMV. They should be able to inspect the trailer (essentially treat it like a new home built trailer) and assign a new VIN.
