Question:

I am trying to find a height adjustable bed rack for my 2015 F-350 king ranch. I already have a inside the railinch roll up cover. soft The yakima racks have a height adjustable rack that looks good but it seems to only have an adapter kit for the retrax cover rail. I would think i could use maybe a spacer or proper dimension piece of steel or aluminum bar stock to take the place of the retrax cover rail and just bolt it to the flat rail of the truck. Might not be able to slide it back and forth but it is more the height I want to adjust than where the posts are. The thule Trac system looks good too but no eight adjustment. Though it would work with the roll up cover as the track just bolts to the bed rail. DO you have and suggestions?

While I have a solution that will allow you to install an adjustable height ladder rack in the bed of your 2015 Ford F-350 it will require you to go with a new tonneau cover as there just isn't a way to install a ladder rack like you need with the current cover you have.

So the ladder rack you'll want is the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Retrax XR Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5955 which is adjustable in height from 19 to 30 inches and is designed to fit Retrax XR tonneau covers like the part # RTT-90362 which has a power retract feature or the # RTT-60362 which is a manual retract that both fit your truck bed.

I realize this is a pretty expensive setup but it there isn't any other way to accomplish what you are looking for.
