In my research it seems I cant use a plow on my 2004 Avalanche 1500 LTZ and need a 2500 series. Do you know of anyone using a plow successfully on the 1500?

I contacted Detail K2 snow plows and they have successfully mounted their plows on the 2004 Avalanche 1500. I recommend Detail K2 Avalanche Snowplow for 2" Hitches part # K2AVAL8219 and curt front mount hitch part # 31302. They do not have any notes stating any issues with the fit on a 1500.
