Yes, you can absolutely use the Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter # 34280175 to power lamps or any other lighting that plugs into a standard North American AC outlet like what you see in the accompanying photo. This inverter is rated for 800 running watts, which is more than enough for any type of lamp you want to use and because it has two outlets, you can also power another accessory if you like.

It is recommended you use the Installation Kit for Go Power Inverters # 342GPDCKIT2 with this inverter, and if you want the most convenience, I recommend the Remote for Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter # 342GP-HD-R because it will allow you to turn the inverter on or off from a distance up to 25 feet away.
