Question:

I have two Hullevators with square cross bars. What saddles feet? do I need to attach the square cross bar to the Buick rail which only has a small lip??

I do have an option for you so that you can use your Thule Hullavator # TH898 Kayak Carrier on your 2016 Buick Encore, however there aren't any square bar mounting feet available that have been confirmed to fit the factory side rails on the vehicle's roof.

Your best option is going to be with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Bar System that consists of # RRVA126B-2 for the two 49" Vortex Aero Bars and # RRSX040 for the SRB Mounting Legs. Please just keep in mind that the bars won't be long enough to accommodate two Hullavators, which would require about 76 inches of total crossbar space. Due to how the bars attach to the mounting legs you won't be able to upgrade to a longer size on your Buick.
