If you look at the instructions for the Curt trailer hitch, # 12065, that I have linked, you will see that it uses M12 - 1.25 x 40 sized bolts. This means that the weldnuts in a 2004 to 2012 Toyota Sienna are the same size. On a vehicle that has seen at least one winter, the weldnuts can get corroded and impacted with grime, making them seem too small for the hitch hardware.
If this happens to you, you will need to clean out the weldnuts using a spray lubricant and a wire brush, # DW00254. I have included a link to a video and FAQ that will show you how to clean then weldnuts.
