Will the Curt Cargo Basket Fit Thule Crossbars on a 1997 BMW 540i

Question:
Hey, will this Curt Cargo Basket fit my 1997 BMW 540i E39 Sedan with Thule Traverse Roof Rack Bars? Thanks!

If you have the square Thule bars on your 1997 BMW 540, and the are at least 15 inches apart on center, then you can mount the Curt cargo basket, # C18115, to the bars. If the crossbars on your roof rack are more than 3 inches thick, the carrier will not fit. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view.
