Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13443 is a confirmed fit for your 2005 Lexus LX470. Per the attached instructions there is no drilling or welding required. The complete hardware kit needed for the install is included.
If you haven't yet purchased a ball mount, pin and clip, or wiring harness yet, those are sold seperately and below are a couple of strong options to get you started.
