I do have an option for you but we do not carry a trunk mount bike rack at this time for the 2017 Nissan NV 2500.

I think you will be much happier with a hitch mounted bike rack option on the Nissan NV because they are much more convenient compared to a trunk mount rack that you have to take on and off the vehicle all of the time. I recommend to add a no-drill custom fit Draw-Tite hitch part # 75715 on the van. I have attached an installation video for your reference.

I recommend the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack part # SH22G to carry your two bikes on the back of the NV. The Kuat Sherpa is designed with a knob that allows you to tighten the bike rack into the hitch without using any tools compared to other bike racks that require keeping up with an anti-rattle pin. This rack will not rattle and make noise because of it's tightening system, it also comes with both the lock to lock the bikes and the lock to lock the rack to the hitch. If you are looking to carry the bikes on the door because you are towing a trailer, I recommend to use Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack for 2" Ball Mounts - Towing part # C18013 which will clamp onto a 2x2 ball mount and allow you to carry the bikes while still towing.
