Mounting Space Required for the Thule Telescoping Ladder for Van

Question:
How flat and wide does the spot the magnetic pads attaché to need to be? I have a 2013 sprinter 2500 144 window passenger van want to be able to attach on the window sides as well as the back door

The magnet itself is 3 3/8" wide and the piece that it is on is 4" wide, so you'll need at least 4" of room to mount the Thule Telescoping Ladder for Van # TH301404 on your 2013 Sprinter.
