What is the year/make/model of your vehicle? With that I can get you the best mirror solution for your vehicle. I don't think a clip on universal style will fit well with your turn signals though.

For your 2005 Ford Expedition the best tow mirror solution we have is the CIPA Universal Tow Mirror part # CM11980 that clips to the top of the mirror housing. The other styles of tow mirrors won't fit due to the turn signal you have on the bottom of the housing. We had a customer with a similar 2004 Expedition use these mirrors and they really liked them. See attached picture of review.
