Will Dutton Lainson Winch # DL14125 Fit on Champion Boat Trailer Winch Plate

I have a Champion boat trailer and the winch needs replacing. I cant find the measurements of the DL14125 on the site, however the base mounting plate is 5.25 x 3.5. Will this model work?

Dutton Lainson trailer winches like the # DL14125 have bolt patterns that are designed to fit the standard bolt pattern the winch mount on your boat trailer would have so this will work for you. Most of the holes are slotted on the plate of this winch which allows for variances as well.
